Can i return or exchange something in store?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on accessories or clothing. Unfortunately, cannabis products are non-returnable. Please email Sales@amazolsa.com to arrange your return.
How do i get a shipping label? Change to Do you offer sameday delivery ?
es, same-day delivery is available in Gauteng only. Delivery is charged at Uber Package rates from our pickup points in Sandton or Maboneng.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
We have several shipping options:
Economy (Pudo): R69 (3–5 working days)
Overnight: R160
Same-day: Charged at Uber Package rates
What Do i do if receive a defective item?
If you receive a defective item, please email Sales@amazolsa.com with your order details and photos of the product, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or return.
