To investigate a return or refund request, AmazolSA may request:
- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos of packaging.
- Batch or serial information.
- Delivery labels.
- Video evidence where applicable.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
9. Compliance and Responsible Purchasing
Customers confirm that:
- They are legally permitted to purchase products under applicable laws.
- They are at least 18 years old.
